is a non-medical home care agency dedicated to high-quality, compassionate personal care for individuals living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, physical setbacks or developmental disabilities. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, hygiene).
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance, as needed.
• Medication reminders (non-medical) per the care plan.
• Follow the care plan to provide safe, competent, and respectful care.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; build meaningful connections.
• Report changes in client condition promptly to the Staffing Coordinator/Supervisor.
• Document visits/tasks accurately per agency standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Completion of a state-approved caregiver/personal care training program
• CPR & First Aid certification (Required)
• Certified Caregiver (Required)
• Negative TB test (Required)
• Successful background checks (Required)
• Fingerprint clearance card (Required)
• Authorized to work in the United States

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
