Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands, if needed.
• Follow each client's care plan and report any changes in condition.
• Complete required documentation after each visit.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification.
