Overview

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in for daytime and evening shifts. Duties

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patients’ health by observing vital signs, medication administration, and overall well-being
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary
• Maintain detailed care plans and document patient progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Support residents with memory care needs such as Alzheimer’s or dementia through specialized techniques
• Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
• Use manual handling equipment like Hoyer lifts safely to assist with patient transfers

Qualifications

• Prior experience working in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health settings preferred
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques and medication administration protocols
• Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, or intellectual disabilities
