Overview

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in,, providing essential support through 12-hour shifts (AM/PM). This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve by delivering personalized, respectful, and attentive care in a home or community setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Monitor residents’ health status by observing vital signs and reporting any changes promptly.
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption.
• Support residents with medication management and administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Use manual handling techniques and equipment like Hoyer lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance.
• Document care activities accurately in compliance with facility protocols and state regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, dementia, or in assisted living environments.
• Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and dementia or memory care.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling safely; CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, patient care standards, and home health or hospice care practices.
