Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Caregiver to join our team in Front Royal. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate assistance to clients with a variety of needs, promoting their well-being and independence. Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and observe patients for changes in health status, documenting vital signs and medical conditions accurately
• Administer medications and manage medication schedules following prescribed instructions and medical documentation protocols
• Provide specialized care such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, hospice support, and end-of-life assistance
• Operate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to record patient information securely and efficiently
• Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and cleaning to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
• Utilize medical terminology knowledge for effective communication with healthcare teams and documentation

Skills

• Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home healthcare environments
• Strong patient observation skills with the ability to recognize changes in condition promptly
• Familiarity with EMR systems and medical documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance
