Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in. This role offers flexible shifts from 9 am to 1 pm and/or 4 pm to 8 pm, providing vital support to clients by assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and promoting well-being. Duties

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patients’ health status by observing and reporting changes in condition or behavior
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
• Support medication management and administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and sanitation tasks
• Use manual handling techniques such as Hoyer lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Document care provided accurately in compliance with agency policies and procedures

Requirements

• Prior experience in group homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home health settings preferred
• Knowledge of patient observation, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and dementia or Alzheimer's care
• Ability to assist with ADLs and perform manual handling safely
• Strong communication skills for effective patient monitoring and documentation
