Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Caregiver to join our team in,. This full-time position offers TWTH 10 am to 4 pm shifts and requires candidates to have a valid driver’s license. As a Caregiver, you will deliver essential personal and supportive care, ensuring our clients’ safety, comfort, and well-being through engaging and attentive service.

Duties

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor patients’ health by observing vital signs and reporting any changes promptly
• Assist with medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment
• Use manual handling equipment like Hoyer lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility support
• Engage in patient observation to identify any health concerns or behavioral changes requiring attention

Skills

• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders is highly desirable
• Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer’s, memory care, and hospice or palliative care practices
• Familiarity with assisted living or long-term care environments
• Ability to accurately monitor vital signs and assist with medication management
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation
