We’re on the lookout for compassionate, dependable, and all-around awesome Caregivers to join our growing team. You'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of our Clients (primarily in their homes) by helping with daily routines and providing the kind of care you'd want for your own family.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting Clients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal prep...basically, helping them feel like their best selves.
Providing mobility support and ensuring safe transfers from place to place.
Offering genuine companionship and emotional support (think: good listener, positive vibes).
Keeping an eye on health changes and communicating any concerns to the care team.
Following safety protocols like a pro.
Keeping living spaces tidy, clean, and hazard-free.
Always respecting Clients’ privacy, independence, and choices.
Collaborating with the care team to follow personalized care plans.
Attending training sessions to keep your skills sharp and your heart full.

What You Bring to the Table

You’re 18 or older and can pass a background check.
You're a clear communicator who connects easily with Clients and families.
You’re equally comfortable flying solo or being part of a team.
You’re patient, compassionate, and genuinely want to help others thrive.
You believe that dignity, respect, and empathy aren't just words—they’re a way of life.
