Qualifications

• Provide direct care in accordance with established care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and feeding
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to Director of Nursing
• Familiarity with ECP, EMR system
• Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation
• Preferred experience in long term care and Alzheimer's care
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical ethics
• Ability to lift and move residents safely. Physical demands such as: pulling, pushing, bending, squatting, walking and sitting.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
