Make a difference in someone’s life! Helping Hands Homes is seeking caring, dependable individuals to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Wisconsin licensed Adult Family Homes.

Responsibilities include

• Assisting with personal care and daily routines
• Preparing meals and maintaining a clean, comfortable home
• Supporting activities, appointments, and community outings
• Providing medication assistance according to training and procedures
• Encouraging independence and treating every resident with dignity and respect
• Completing documentation and communicating with team members

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Criminal background check required
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to follow care plans and safety procedures
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Location

Fond du Lac, WI Available shifts: 3–8 p.m. and 8 p.m.–8 a.m. sleep staff Pay: $16–$18 per hour; sleep hours paid at $9.50–$10.00 per hour
