Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant

Unlike traditional 8- or 12-hour shifts, our caregivers receive scheduled sleep and rest periods during every 24-hour shift, allowing you to provide excellent care while enjoying significantly more days off each month.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with medication reminders and medication assistance (as permitted by Tennessee regulations and facility training)
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition
• Complete required documentation
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies
• Work as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Resident Assistant, Home Health Aide, Personal Care Assistant, or Direct Support Professional is preferred
• New caregivers with a caring attitude are encouraged to apply—we will train the right person
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized in emergency situations
• Must pass all required background checks
