Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant (Part-Time & Full-Time)

RR&R Homecare is looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to join our growing team! We proudly provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to clients throughout Middle Tennessee, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

What You'll Do

Every client has unique needs, so services vary based on each individual's personalized care plan. Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene)
• Meal preparation and light cooking
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and social engagement
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Transportation to appointments (when applicable)
• Assistance with daily routines and activities
• Accurate documentation of care provided

What We're Looking For

• Compassionate, dependable, and patient individuals
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone with internet/Wi-Fi access required for electronic clock-in and clock-out
• Ability to pass all required background screenings
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required—we provide paid orientation and support.

Pay & Scheduling

• Pay ranges from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, depending on the client's care needs and required level of assistance.
• We hire for part-time and full-time opportunities throughout Middle Tennessee.
• Available schedules vary by client and may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, weekends.
