Come join our dynamic and caring team of professionals. Sydney Creek, an award-winning Memory Care Community, is hiring full Personal Care Assistants (PCA). We work on a 4 days on / 2 days off rotation schedule. Weekends and holidays are expected. We offer on the job training, competitive pay and benefits.

Caregiver-Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

• AM Shift 6:30am - 3:00pm
• Work in a career that's always open!

Caregiver's Responsibilities:

• Assist senior residents with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, personal grooming and hygiene, dining, etc.).
• Provide good customer service to residents, families, and fellow employees.
• Accurately complete documents and records.
• Report changes in resident's condition to supervisor

Caregiver's Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a senior living setting is a plus
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude and dependable
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and positive attitude towards the elderly with dementia
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check, and physical exam / TB Test

Pay: $19 - $22 per hour DOE
