Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Implement and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety during outings or appointments.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for clients.
• Document daily activities and any changes in client behavior or condition as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities that promote independence and community involvement.

Experience

• Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with care plans and the ability to follow them accurately is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• A compassionate approach with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in your care.
