Caregiver

Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and companionship to individuals in need of daily assistance. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care, reliable companionship, and hands-on support with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Duties

• ADL Assistance: Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Companionship: Engage clients in meaningful conversations, social interactions, and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to client preferences and dietary needs.
• Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment for clients.
• Monitoring & Documentation: Observe, document, and report any changes in client condition, behavior, or physical health.
• Communication: Maintain clear and supportive communication with family members and care management staff regarding client needs.

Experience

• Experience: Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or general caregiving is preferred.
• Physical Capabilities: Ability to assist clients with transfers and perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and a dedicated commitment to treating clients with dignity and respect.
• Bonus Qualifications: A background in nursing, certified nursing assistance (CNA), or related healthcare fields is a plus, but not required.
