Position Overview

We are seeking dependable and compassionate Caregivers / Home Health Aides to provide in-home care services. This role is perfect for individuals who want meaningful work, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within a supportive team environment.

You will be matched with clients based on your availability, experience, and skill level.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Support mobility and safe transfers
• Document care provided and communicate updates with the care team
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment for clients

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar)
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check
• CPR certification is a plus
