Position Overview

As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) with Solora Health, you’ll play a vital role in supporting clients with their daily routines, personal needs, and companionship. You’ll be part of a trusted team that prioritizes kindness, respect, and reliability, helping each client maintain their dignity and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support, including safe transfers and ambulation.
• Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying).
• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging in conversation or recreational activities.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings when needed.
• Observe and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the Care Coordinator.
• Maintain accurate records of care activities and time worked.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• Current CPR & First Aid Certification — required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a Live Scan background check and TB screening.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with excellent communication skills.
• Able to work independently and follow individualized care plans.

Compensation

• $20.00-$25.00 per hour
