Position Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation (this is a MUST)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• CPR or BLS certification (we can assist if not current)
• APD training (we provide training)
• Must pass both local and Level 2 background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care in community settings
• Provide Companion service in community
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor client health and report changes
• Administer basic medications and support care needs (If applicable)
• Teach and support family members with patience and goal

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in home health or direct care
• Positive, compassionate demeanor
• Physical ability to assist clients
• Excellent communication skills
