Caregiver

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being, safety, and comfort of those under their care. This position involves direct interaction with clients, effective communication with parents or guardians, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). A strong sense of empathy, patience, and professionalism is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to update on the client's condition and progress.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to promote mental well-being.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals or family members.
• Ensure a safe environment by monitoring for hazards and assisting with mobility as needed.
• Support clients during meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client's condition.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and confidentiality standards to protect client privacy.
