Caregiver - Vine Ridge at Cloverdale

Duties

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
• To monitor the overall condition and changes of the residents and report any changes.
• Assist with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Support individuals with developmental disabilities by fostering independence and enhancing daily living skills.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, ensuring all equipment is functional and hygienic.
• Engage residents in social activities to promote mental well-being and companionship.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to work effectively with individuals with disabilities, including developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents.
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and assist with mobility tasks.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
• Readiness to work as part of a team
• Certification in CPR or first aid is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
