About the Role

We are seeking full-time and part-time CNAs to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a CNA at Ariel Bay Rehabilitation and Healthcare, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, including assisting with laundry and housekeeping tasks
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members
• Demonstrate empathy and compassion in all interactions with residents and families

Requirements

• Current CNA license in the state of New Jersey
• 1 year of experience in caregiving (preferred)- New grads welcome
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and nights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, stand, and transfer residents with ease
