Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to provide in-home care to patients. You will assist clients with daily living activities and support their overall health and well-being in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Help with mobility, transfers, and exercises
• Monitor vital signs and report changes
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean and safe home environment
• Document care and communicate with supervising nurse

Requirements

• Active CNA certification (state required)
• High school diploma or GED
• CPR/BLS certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience

* 6 months–1 year preferred (home health or caregiving)
