Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Ensuring accurate medical documentation in EMR and EHR systems.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans and support patients with diverse needs, including those with developmental disabilities and memory care requirements.
• Assist in transporting patients and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
