Weekend Baylor

Work two 16-hour weekend shifts and receive 8 additional hours of Baylor pay, allowing you to earn more while working fewer days.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in condition
• Take and record vital signs
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Promote resident dignity and quality of life
• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania CNA certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
