Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality, hands-on care to our residents.

*Currently Hiring FT, PT, PD across all shifts*

*New CNA’s are welcome*

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care

Compensation

• Hourly compensation starting at $21.00 with full benefits, up to $24.00 with no frills
• Weekend Baylor: Double shifts on Saturdays and Sundays and paid for 5 shifts!
• Sign on Bonus

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey
• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
