Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential care and support to patients in a healthcare setting. Your role will involve assisting with daily activities, monitoring patient health, and ensuring their comfort and well-being. Duties: - Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Perform basic medical procedures such as venipuncture and spinal taps - Provide specialized care for patients with memory impairments or cognitive decline - Assist with tube feeding and airway management as needed - Collaborate with the nursing team to create and implement care plans for patients - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Requirements: - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant - Previous experience in senior care or memory care is preferred - Knowledge of basic medical procedures and medication administration - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately At our facility, we prioritize the well-being of our employees.
