About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team on a 12-hour shifts. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall well-being. You will be responsible for:

Providing direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, and vital sign measurements

Supporting residents with dementia and other cognitive impairments through personalized care and activities

Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Assisting with mealtime, including feeding and hydration as needed

Maintaining a clean and organized living environment

Requirements

Current CNA certification

High school diploma or equivalent required

Ability to work 12 shifts, including weekends and holidays

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team
