This position includes evenings, mornings, and weekends. Flexible Schedules.

* Monday – Sundays : 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM , 7:00pm- 9:00pm

Responsibilities

• Meal Prep & Medication Reminders
• Light housekeeping & Laundry
• Mobility assistance & transportation
• Personal care (Bathing, Grooming)

Rquirements

• Prior experience in group homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred
• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s care, dementia care, memory care, autism support, and hospice care is advantageous
• Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities requiring specialized support
• Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing health changes
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
