Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care by assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and observe patients’ conditions through regular patient observation, reporting any changes or concerns promptly
• Measure vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to track health status accurately
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment for clients
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients experiencing dementia or memory care needs, including Alzheimer's.

Experience

• Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home healthcare settings is Required
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Experience with dementia and Alzheimer's patients is preffered.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
