We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional care to clients in their homes and community settings. We are seeking dependable caregivers who have reliable transportation and a strong commitment to punctuality. Candidates must be able to travel to assigned client locations, arrive on time for scheduled shifts, and provide consistent, professional care.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe, monitor, and document changes in client conditions, including vital signs, using Electronic Health Record (EHR/EMR) systems.
• Assist with medication reminders or administration in accordance with the care plan and agency policies.
• Provide compassionate care for clients with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, developmental disabilities, hospice, and other specialized care needs.
• Perform catheter care, wound care, and other delegated tasks within the scope of training.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe living environment.
• Safely transfer and reposition clients using Hoyer lifts, gait belts, and other mobility equipment when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, supervisors, and healthcare professionals while following individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Current CNA or HHA certification (as required by state regulations).
• Experience providing care in home health, assisted living, long-term care, or similar healthcare settings preferred.
