Position Summary

CNAs and NAs provide direct daily care to residents while promoting dignity, comfort, and quality of life. Team members work closely with nursing staff to ensure residents receive excellent care in a safe and welcoming environment.

CNA Duties & Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning
Take and record vital signs
Answer call lights promptly
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Assist residents with meals and hydration
Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment
Document care provided according to facility policies
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

Nurse Aide (NA) Requirements

No certification required at hire
Must obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire
Must be dependable, compassionate, and willing to learn
Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required

CNA Requirements

Current CNA certification in the state of Missouri
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
