Certified Nursing Assistant - Nursing & Rehab Center - Night Shift

Position Title

Certified Nursing Assistant Location: Upland Hills Health - Dodgeville Hospital Campus Role & Department: Certified Nursing Assistant in the Nursing & Rehab Center (Skilled Nursing Facility) Hours & Shift: Part-time to Full-time .5 to 1.0 FTE night shift position, will work a weekend and a holiday rotation Role Responsibilities: * Will be responsible to provide general nursing assistant services * Will assist as needed in direct patient care and observe patient for specified changes in conditions * Will provide assistance in activities of daily living which include personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility/ambulation, maintenance of environment and patient safety * Monitor ongoing resident status related to ability to follow the treatment regimen as designed and notify the nurse of resident inability or refusal to follow treatment regimen * Will work under the direction of the nurse in charge

Qualifications

* Requires a Nursing Assistant certification and to be listed as active on both the State of Wisconsin and Federal Registries * CPR completion preferred- will need to be obtained upon hire * Prior nursing assistant experiences are preferred but not required * Outstanding verbal and written communications * Prior electronic medical record knowledge is beneficial
