Position Summary

As a Home Care CNA, you will provide compassionate, high-quality personal care that allows clients to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
• Complete accurate documentation at every visit.
• Maintain client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current First Aid CPR certification (Required) .
• Ability to pass a background check. (Required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude.
• Previous home care experience is a plus but not required.
