Providence Care is looking for reliable, compassionate, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing home care team in Rome, GA.

If you are passionate about helping seniors and individuals remain safe and independent in their own homes, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in clients' conditions.
• Complete accurate documentation for each visit.
• Follow each client's individualized care plan while maintaining professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA certification preferred (PCA experience accepted).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, caring, and committed to providing exceptional in-home care.
