Position Summary

As a Home Care CNA/PCA, you will provide one-on-one care in the client's home, assisting with daily living activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Remind clients to take medications as directed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies.
• Arrive to scheduled shifts on time and provide reliable, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CNA certification (preferred) or PCA experience.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing outstanding client care.
