Responsibilities

• Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed
• Assist with medication management and monitoring of vital signs
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient/resident care
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients/residents
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients/residents

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid certification
• 0 years of experience as a CNA (new graduates welcome to apply)
• Ability to work a FULL_TIME schedule
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
