Health Coordinator (CNA)Position Summary

The Health Coordinator plays an essential role in promoting the health, safety, and well-being of students and staff. Reporting directly to the Assistant Head of School, this position provides daily health services, basic first aid, medication administration, health record management, and wellness support while fostering a safe and caring school environment.

The Health Coordinator partners closely with families, faculty, and staff to support student health needs, ensure compliance with school health policies, and contribute to the overall success of the school community. This role requires professionalism, sound judgment, compassion, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively in a variety of situations.

Scope of Role

The Health Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation of the school health office, providing basic first aid, student health assessments, medication administration, health documentation, and compliance with applicable health regulations. This role collaborates with school leadership, faculty, and families to support student wellness and maintain a healthy school environment.
