Bring your passion for patient care to our Baywood Neuro Stroke Specialty Unit! As a PCA on our Neuro PCU you will have the opportunity to join a team that is passionate about providing excellent patient care! On our unit we provide care for a diverse patient population including patients with neurological disease processes, stroke patients, as well as some cardiac, medical, and post-surgical patients to name a few. Our team offers support and specialized training to grow your skills, and Banner offers a career pathways program for those looking to continue their education and grow their career within Banner Health!

Our ideal candidate is a licensed CNA or LNA with hands on experience working within a caregiving role.

We are currently offering a NIGHT shift position working three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00pm – 7:30am. Our team uses a rotating weekends and holidays schedule. You will have the opportunity to utilize our self-scheduling tool for shift coverage as well as enjoy a flat rate $1/hour weekend shift differential and an 18% Night Shift differential when applicable!
