BrightStar CNA Qualifications

* Current In-State (MN) CNA certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings. * If you are a HHA (no CNA) A minimum of three years of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings required * Geriatric experience, Alzheimer's / Dementia experience, etc. * Must be at least 18 year of age or older. * Deliver compassionate support and companionship to our clients! * A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude. * Amazing communication and interpersonal skills!

CNA Job Responsibilities

* Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing/showering, toileting, etc.) * Light Housekeeping / homemaking * Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse. * Assist in the implementation of patient care plans. * Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
