Your Responsibilities

* Assists with admission, transfer and discharge of residents as instructed by Charge Nurse. * Assist residents with tending to personal care and activities of daily living. * Provide direct patient care as assigned by Charge Nurse. * Provide proper documentation of resident care. Promptly communicate with Charge Nurse and leadership team with any changes in the resident’s condition. *
