About the CNA Certified Nurse Aide Role

As a CNA Certified Nurse Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and comfort for our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Assisting with medical procedures, treatments, and activities of daily living
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Ensuring a safe and clean patient environment, adhering to infection control policies and procedures

CNA Certified Nurse Aide Responsibilities

• Work a weekend shift, providing compassionate care to our patients and their families
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical trends, protocols, and procedures through ongoing education and training
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA guidelines

CNA Certified Nurse Aide Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the State of New York
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
