Position Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will play a crucial role in supporting our residents with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with our nursing team to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility.
  • Monitor and record residents' vital signs, report changes in condition to the nursing team.
  • Assist with feeding, position changes, and turning of residents as required.
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for all residents.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Document care provided and any changes in residents’ conditions.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper care plans are being followed.

Qualifications

  • Current CNA certification in New York State.
  • 1 Year+ Experience
  • CPR/BLS certification (preferred).
  • Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare settings is a plus, but not required.
