We are currently seeking passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Position Summary

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. CNAs play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily needs, promoting dignity, safety, and comfort, while helping maintain the highest level of quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and respect
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
• Support residents receiving specialized services including respiratory/ventilator care, rehabilitation, and memory care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Colorado
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Passion for serving seniors and individuals requiring skilled care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment
