What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Providing compassionate, hands-on care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Assisting with meals and hydration.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Offering companionship and emotional support throughout each shift.
• Communicating with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
• Being a steady, familiar presence that residents and families can count on.
