### What You'll Do

As a CNA or Certified DSP, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of up to six residents in our shared housing assisted living home. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing personalized resident care, including assistance with evening routines, hydration, toileting support, and transfers. * Preparing and supporting supper, snacks, and kitchen cleanup. * Maintaining a clean and safe environment through light cleaning and organization. * Documenting care activities and communicating effectively with management. ### What We're Looking For

We’re seeking dependable and compassionate individuals who meet the following qualifications:

* CNA or Certified DSP certification is required. * At least 1 year of recent geriatric care experience (preferred). * Strong attendance and reliability with dependable transportation. * Ability to follow written instructions and maintain detailed documentation. * Preferred certifications: CPR, TB test, and food handler documentation. * Must pass required background checks. ### Why Join Us?
