Springfield Homes Manor House, a Licensed Shared Housing Establishment under IDPH Assisted Living, is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) or Certified Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join our team. We operate two residential homes in Chatham, Illinois, providing exceptional care for up to six residents while also conducting research to improve the quality of life for the elderly population we serve.

### About the Position

This role is for the 7am to 3pm day shift at our small, shared housing assisted living home. As a CNA or DSP, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents’ daily needs and routines. With a pay range of $18.50 to $21.50 per hour (based on experience, availability, reliability, and position fit), this is an opportunity to work in a close-knit environment where your contributions truly matter.

### Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will: - Provide morning care and assist with personal hygiene. - Support residents during breakfast, lunch, snacks, and hydration. - Assist with toileting, transfers, and daytime routines. - Perform light cleaning, kitchen cleanup, and maintain a tidy environment. - Document care activities and communicate effectively with management. - Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.

### Required Skills and Qualifications
