We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Resident Aides/Med Techs/CNAs to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day. Through ongoing education, training, and advancement opportunities, we invest in the success of our team while providing outstanding care to those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Assist with medications in accordance with community policies and state regulations
• Provide compassionate care, support, and companionship
• Assist residents during meals and encourage proper hydration and nutrition
• Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or behavioral condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members
• Follow all community policies, procedures, and resident care plans

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, caregiving, home health, senior care, or medication assistance preferred
• Med Tech certification and/or CNA experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic
• Ability to assist residents with mobility and personal care needs
