Now Hiring: CNA & PCA Caregivers Weekend Shifts Available

Join our compassionate homecare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who depend on us.

We are seeking dependable, compassionate, and dedicated caregivers to provide quality care to our clients on Saturdays and Sundays. If you are committed to helping others, take pride in your work, and understand the importance of reliability, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide compassionate, individualized care while promoting client safety, dignity, and independence.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks as outlined in the care plan.
• Provide medication reminders and other permitted care services in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, mobility limitations, and other specialized care needs.
• Follow established care plans, document services provided, and report changes in client conditions.
• Maintain client confidentiality and communicate professionally with clients, families, and the care team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and professional approach to caregiving.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA certification or PCA experience, as applicable to the position.

• Availability: Weekend day and overnight shifts
• Compensation: Competitive pay based on position and experience
