Job Overview

Join our care team in Dublin, Georgia, as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). You’ll provide respectful, hands-on support to residents and clients, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and engaged in daily life. This role may serve people in home care, group homes, assisted living, nursing homes, or other long-term care settings.

Duties

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), personal care, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, and personal transportation assistance.
• Observe and monitor patients, report changes, check vital signs as assigned, and follow care plans.
• Support safe transfers and manual handling, including use of a Hoyer lift when trained and authorized.
• Provide compassionate support in senior care, geriatrics, hospice, home health, memory care, dementia care, and Alzheimer’s care settings.

Skills

• Patient care, caregiving, direct support, client communication, and respect for residents’ rights; experience with individuals with disabilities, autism, developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or neurodevelopmental disorders is valuable.
• Relevant experience may include group homes, assisted living, nursing homes, long-term care, home care, or home and community care.
• Knowledge of medication administration, nursing support, patient transfer methods, patient observation, and patient monitoring; perform only tasks within your training and authorization.
• Understanding of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) privacy practices; current first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills are preferred.
• Ability to assist with physical tasks, including heavy lifting, while following safe handling practices.

Pay: From $12.50 per hour
