### Position Overview

Resident Care Assistant (RCA) supports daily staffing operations, administrative functions, and provides hands-on resident care as needed. This role is essential to ensuring proper staffing coverage, smooth office operations, and high-quality, resident-centered care.

### Key Responsibilities

### Resident Care Assistant (RCA) Duties

* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility

• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing to nursing leadership staff
• Promote resident dignity, independence, and person-centered care
• Follow service plans, safety procedures, and infection control protocols

### Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• RCA, HHA, CNA, or equivalent experience preferred (must be certified CNA or HHA)
• Previous experience in assisted living, memory care not required but preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and compassionate

### Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist residents throughout the shift
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
